Manage Your Subscription

Do you want to change or modify your recurring GENEPRO subscription? Don't worry, we got you covered! You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

Our subscription service is offered via ReCharge which provides a few different methods to change or cancel:

Option 1: ACCESS THE PORTAL FROM A UNIQUE LINK (No account required)

Search your email for a confirmation email sent after you originally placed your subscription order (you can search "GENEPRO" or "ReCharge"). In that email, there will be a unique link that you can click that will take you to a page that will allow you to easily cancel or modify your subscription.

Option 2: ACESS THE PORTAL ON GENEPROPROTEIN.COM

We have integrated a portal that will allow you to easily modify your subscriptions. You can access it here: https://geneproprotein.com/tools/recurring/login . 

If you were logged in to your GENEPRO customer account when placing the subscription order, simply log-in to the portal using your username and password. 

If you were not logged in when placing the subscription order, click the "Get a login link" URL and follow the steps!
